This Return Policy outlines the process and conditions for returning products bought from our website or directly from our studio. 1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Products Purchased Online:

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Exceptions: Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, including but not limited to opened or used skincare products, personal care items, and gift cards.

1.2 Products Purchased In-Person:

  • Condition: Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Items should be returned in the same condition as when purchased.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
  • Exceptions: Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, including skincare and personal care items.

2. Return Process

2.1 Online Purchases:

    • We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Prepare the Return:
    • Package the product securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation and the Return Authorization Number inside the package.

    • Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return is received. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  5. Processing the Return:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2.2 In-Person Purchases:

    • Our staff will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria (unused and in original packaging). If the product is accepted for return, we will process your refund or exchange immediately.
  3. Refunds and Exchanges:
    • Refunds for in-person purchases will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you prefer an exchange, we will assist you in selecting a replacement product.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

3.1 Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, such as when only part of an order is returned, we may issue a partial refund based on the returned items.

3.2 Exchanges:

  • Online Orders: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item once the return is approved.
  • In-Person Purchases: Exchanges can be made directly at our studio. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will assist you in selecting an alternative or issue a refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare, personal care items, or other products that have been tampered with.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Custom or Special Orders: Products that are custom-made or specially ordered cannot be returned.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
