Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice (“no-show”) may result in a charge for the full service amount.
2.4 Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to ensure that subsequent clients are not inconvenienced. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may be considered a “no-show” and subject to the cancellation policy.
2.5 Gift Cards and Vouchers:
Gift cards and vouchers issued by Gurti’s Beauty Studio are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards or vouchers will not be replaced. Gift cards and vouchers must be presented at the time of service.
3. Payments and Pricing

All prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. The price you pay is the price at the time of your appointment or purchase.
3.2 Payment Methods:

3.3 Refunds:
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please inform us immediately so we can address your concerns. Refunds for products purchased at Gurti’s Beauty Studio are only available for unopened items returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
